We revisit some of our previous World War Two era restoration features to see how they have progressed and where they are on the journey to completion.

First we talk to Charlie Walker who is restoring Douglas C-47 ‘Night Fright’ back to flight status.

Sam Worthington Leese then joins us to discuss the progress made to return to flight status Hawker Typhoon RB396 with the Hawker Typhoon Preservation Group.

Finally, we talk to hugely knowledgeable Curator of the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Dave Morris about progress on the full rebuild on the world’s only Fairey Barracuda DP872.
